We employ interstate and local drivers, with demonstrated experience in heavy vehicle and dangerous goods road transport. All employees undergo thorough in-house training as well as on-site inductions with our qualified Team Leaders, where they will be inducted into the specifics of the role as well as the Policies and Procedures underpinning their duties.
Detailed training records are completed and recorded via iPad technology including:
- On the Job Training
- Chain of Responsibility
- Employee Competency
- Probation Review
- Annual Review
